Any time you’re going to spend money, especially a significant investment; you should shop around and compare prices. Our total costs for a Doctors Degree are $100’s (and in many cases, $1,000’s) lower than most schools’ fees for a Bachelors Degree!

Perhaps you already knew what a degree could cost, and that many schools simply price their degrees above what the average student can afford. Why should a school charge more than is necessary for its regular operation and reasonable growth projections? The cost of a degree or the amount of time involved does not necessarily increase the quality of education. So, why pay an exorbitant fee for the very same degree that you can get elsewhere for much less money?  

The goal of The True Hope Bible Institute is to provide students with the finest Biblical education, at the lowest possible cost. Thus, we have deliberately priced our degrees very low, because we think we can do more good for more people this way. Our educational philosophy and methods are not unique, but in the matter of finances we are unique.

• How can we offer such low tuition? For two simple reasons!
  First - we are not a "for profit" institution!  Therefore we do not see any reason to charge more than necessary to provide a quality, Bible focused education!
  Second - being a distance learning institution, we do not have a lot of overhead as with "campus schools" who have to pay for maintenance/upkeep and all the wages involved! 

The True Hope Bible Institute offers one of the best investments you'll ever find.  Our exceptionally low fees are set forth below.

Enrollment begins with registration along with the appropriate fee. After registration your application package will be mailed to you.

Students choose to either pay the tuition in full or you may select a tuition payment plan and the appropriate payment must accompany your Enrollment Application to become a student of True Hope Bible Institute. 

1.  REGISTRATION FEES: All students earning a degree must pay a onetime Registration Fee for each degree being studied for. Registration Fee that covers initial costs of establishing the student’s records, transcripts, postage and handling and administrative costs. Registration Fees are NOT refundable.

NOTE: Registration Fees are used to cover:  Establishing your student files & transcript; Certificate Fees and Administrative costs for the student’s record maintenance.

2.  TUITIONS PER DEGREE LEVEL: Tuitions are all inclusive! For each degree level, the tuition includes all costs for course books, grading, certificates, postage/handling, student records maintenance and everything else that other institutions charge “extra”! After all, you don’t need unexpected expenses that are buried deep in the “fine print” and we don’t like them either … so we don’t do it!

 

NOTE:  Supplemental books and/or recommended reading materials are not included in your tuition, but then we don’t require that you read supplemental and/or recommended materials.  These are just suggested for the added value you will gain by acquiring them!  We try to inform you about low cost vendors that carry the supplemental books recommended and often Word Search offers supplemental books to the Bible Explorer that are very affordable and at times even free!

IF we require you to read a book or publication, that required reading is included in the tuition.

*Single Degree Program is for the student who already has his/her Bachelors Degree and is ready to attain his/her Masters Degree.

**Combined Study Program is for the student who desires to earn both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in their chosen field of Ministry 

DOCTOR           

Graduate Study Doctoral Degree  (Fees + Tuition) = $600.00 

• Graduate Study Doctoral Program is for the student who has already attained a Masters Degree in his/her chosen field of Ministry Study. 
  Completion consists of writing and submitting a Doctoral Thesis and a Doctoral Examination that must be passed with a grade of no less than 70% correct answers. 

Complete Doctoral Program* (Bachelor through Doctor) Study Courses

• Complete Doctoral Study Courses for Degree is for the student who has no Bible College education who is determined to study the courses necessary to earn the prerequisite degrees needed to earn their Christian Doctorate. 
  This student will start by earning his/her Bachelors, then Masters and finally Doctors Degree.

PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR FEES & TUITIONS

  Note: True Hope Bible Institute is a subsidiary ministry of True Hope Churches & Ministries.

Credit card payments are accepted when you pay us via PayPal through our website.

• REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees are due and payable at the time you register to enroll and must accompany your registration to become a student of True Hope Bible Institute.  
• • Payments may be made by PayPal which will accept your major charge card or your bank debit card.  
  • PayPal access is available on the T.H.B.I. Payment Page 
  • Registration fee may be made by personal check upon prior notification and agreement by the True Hope Bible Institute offices.
    
• There are NO payment plans available for your registration fee.  

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

1.      Payment in Full - Prepay your tuition in full.

1. • Personal checks accepted – funds must clear our bank prior to materials being shipped.     
   • Refundable on a pro-rated basis figured on the number of courses remaining to be sent to the student. (Courses are sent successively, one at a time, as prior course tests are submitted and passed. Example: If you have sent in 6 tests and withdraw, refund will be figured on the remaining unsent courses)  
2. Monthly Plan:  After the initial Registration Fee, a student may pay for his or her entire Degree Tuition over an equal number of monthly payments.  However, it must be noted that students will not be supplied with a Course if the payments made are “behind” the level of study/achievement.

**Complete Doctoral Degree - - includes tuition for Bachelor, Master and Doctoral Degree programs into a single payment. Must begin with Bachelor Degree study plan. 

DISCOUNTS

Since our overall fees are so low, there's no regular discount for combinations of degrees, except for a graduate who wishes a second doctoral degree, which would then be half price. 

REFUNDS - Refunds are payable as set forth below:

1. REGISTRATION FEES:
   Cancellation of your Student Status within 3 days of registration will result in a total refund of your registration fee.
   After 3 days - NO Refund will be granted.
   The application package is shipped after the third day including the pre-admission testing materials and other paperwork is established which must be paid for at that time - which the registration fees are used for, so refunds after the third day are just simply not possible.
    
2. MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN - again we do not use a financing contract, no finance charges.
   During the current month = No Refund                                                                     
   Unused pre-paid months will be refunded in full.

To take advantage of a pay plan, be certain to indicate which plan and method of payment you will use on your Student Application.
