Rev. Timothy Hoflund, Founder and Ministry Leader of True Hope Churches & Ministries has been honored with the Doctor of Divinity degree from Cambridge Theological Seminary International.

Rev. Timothy Hoflund, Founder and Ministry Leader of True Hope Churches & Ministries has been honored with the Doctor of Divinity degree from Cambridge Theological Seminary International.

In recognition of his years of service and growth in Biblical Christian ministry along with his continual strides in Biblical education, and his work of teaching others in the loving ways of Jesus Christ, Cambridge Theological Seminary International has bestowed the honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity upon Rev. Timothy Hoflund.

Some time ago, Rev. Timothy Hoflund learned of the possibility of attaining this degree and after prayerful consideration submitted the required documentation and background materials which included his formal and informal Bible studies, diplomas and degrees along with a verified resume of his ministry experience over the last two decades. Rev. Hoflund had also authored a book, "Freedom of Forgiveness" in 1993 which, although self published, has remained in print and in world wide distribution since that time.

True Hope Churches & Ministries began as a House Church which grew into a regional "network" of House Churches with members in several mid-western and mid-south states. Recently expanding their mission to a global scope, this ministry now has added True Hope Churches & Ministries of India under the leadership of Dr. S. Henry Devadas, Secundrabad. True Hope Churches & Ministries is now receiving inquiries weekly from both Churches and individual ministers from many nations who are expressing interest in bearing the name and message of True Hope to their communities.

In his notification of the award to Rev. Timothy Hoflund, Dr. David Paul, Elder & Bishop of the Seminary stated " ... you have a great Ministry going and I wish to know you better and to learn what - if anything - we can do to be of further service to you."

The now Doctor, Timothy Hoflund, is grateful for this honor and recognizes that this honor places an even higher level of responsibility and duty to the Kingdom of Christ and to the world of humanity in need of the Lord Jesus Christ. He accepts this honor with the prayer that this degree will be to the glory of God in his ministry and personal life.
